The Giant Slayer, Inc. is honored to present The Timmons Experience, a special community celebration honoring the consecration of Bishop Melton R. Timmons and his elevation to Chairman of the National Board of Trustees of the Church Of God In Christ, Inc.
This prestigious event will pay tribute to Bishop Timmons' decades of dedicated service, leadership, and impact—both in the church and throughout the greater community. His commitment to empowering others, mentoring youth, and championing community progress continues to inspire countless lives.
The Timmons Experience will be held on March 13, 2026, at W.T. Brookshire Conference Center, 2000 W. Front St., Tyler, TX 75702, at 7 PM and will bring together civic leaders, clergy, educators, business partners, and friends from across the region for an evening of recognition, fellowship, and purpose.
Proceeds from this event will directly benefit The Giant Slayer, Inc., a nonprofit organization founded by Bishop Timmons to empower disadvantaged and at-risk young men and women. The Giant Slayer offers life skills training, educational support, workforce readiness programs, and essential resources, including food, clothing, and hygiene items.

Premier table for 8 guests, full-page ad in the souvenir journal, a 31" X 80" stand-up banner, logo placement on all promotional materials, recognition in the printed program, verbal acknowledgment during the program, and featured recognition on The Giant Slayer's website and social media.
• Visionary Sponsor – $2,500
4 banquet tickets, full-page ad in the souvenir journal, logo placement on all promotional materials, recognition in the printed program, and acknowledgment from the podium.
• Community Sponsor – $1,000
2 banquet tickets, full-page ad in the souvenir journal, recognition in the event program, and acknowledgment from the podium.
